Volunteer Research Description

Online look-ups for deaths occurring before 1960, for these I can provide a copy of the actual certificate. Look-ups and hand transcriptions of marriages and death certs, for deaths occurring after 1960, at the County Recorder in Norwalk. Some birth records, up to 1930, are available online. If you have a specific birth date, I may be able to find the certificate. Events must have occurred in LA County. Donations for gas mileage to the Recorder's office cheerfully accepted. Sorry, I do NOT do obituary look-ups.
