Volunteer Research Description
Death certificates for Los Angeles County are available online through Family Search but they are not indexed and must be searched manually. I'm very experienced at using this database and would be happy to search for actual image of original death certificate. Time permitting, I will try to complete the search same day. I would prefer if you include the name and date of death as it appears on the CA Death Index. If you do not have access to the CADI, I can help with that as well. I will need person's name at time of death and approximate date of death. I no longer view documents at the recorders office. This is strictly online research.
