Millard County, Utah (Map It) was created on October 04, 1851 as an Original county of Territory of Utah. The county was named in honor of Millard Fillmore (1800–1874), President of the United States from 1850 to 1853.
Millard County is bordered by Juab County (north), Sanpete County (east central), Sevier County (east), Beaver County (south), Lincoln County, Nevada (southwest), White Pine County, Nevada (west).
