I will lookup and obtain records for European and American descendants that had family members in Singapore and Malaysia. My offer is only for English-related records, which will often be limited to War documents and graveyards, but can also typically include vital records in Singapore.
I DO NOT speak or understand Malay or Chinese, however, there is a Family Search historical center in Singapore that can assist me with foreign-language records. If I have not tried a specific resource before, either in English or another language, I am more than happy to attempt to assist you and let you know at what point an issue arises where I cannot continue the search. This will at least give you a start as to what additional resources you would need to obtain the information requested.
