Brief Directory Description
I have been conducting genealogy research for my family over the last 15 years or so. I would be happy to help in any way I can with your research from newspaper articles and marriage licenses to cemetery and gravesite photos and information.
Volunteer Research Description
I am the editor/publisher of the local newspaper in Stone County, the Stone County Enterprise. I have unlimited access to its archives from 1916 to present and can help local obituaries, birth, marriage announcements, etc. I will also travel to cemeteries within Stone County and photograph headstones at request. I will only charge if you require a hard copy of the information. If an electronic copy is sufficient, there will be no charge. The cost for a hard copy will vary depending on the type of copy or photograph and will be discussed and agreed upon before acceptance of "job."
