I can photograph cemetery memorials, properties relevant to your research, visit the West Valley Genealogical Society Library (Youngtown), Family Search Discovery Center (Mesa), Arizona State Archives, Maricopa County libraries, city libraries throughout the county, including Arizona history rooms in Phoenix and Mesa, Vital Records Office, county recorder's office, Clerk of the Superior Court and others.
I provide a detailed research report if you are asking a research question, but I can also simply provide record copies and photos, if that's all that you need.
Expenses: I ask for reimbursement for expenses at cost, pre-clear all expenses possible in advance, and provide receipt and expense report for your review. I do not charge for travel inside of Maricopa County, but outside of Maricopa County, I do ask the standard IRS rate, which is currently $.70 per mile. Reimbursement expenses can be paid through payment app services.
I can schedule one single-day trip to one of these locations quarterly for on site records research: Flagstaff (Coconino), Payson (Gila), Prescott (Yavapai), Tucson (Pima). If I happen to have multiple requests for the same county at one time, I am happy to split the mileage between requestors.
