Cathy was outstanding! She not only excellently executed my original request, but found a few other things for me and was 100% honest with me when she found out the cost for the documents of my request was only half of what we originally thought, and tried to send me back half my money. I asked her to keep it and treat herself to lunch instead! She was personally invested and really cared about trying to help me!
