I’m at the NEHGS Library a couple times each month, working on projects. I sometimes finish early and have time to kill before I head home. If you have a small lookup (<30 minutes time) and are willing to wait possibly a month, then let me know. The NEHGS has huge collection of printed local and family histories, microfilm collections of land, probate and town records for New England, and a collection of unique original manuscripts. They also have some coverage of Canada and other U.S. states but their focus is on New England.
